The rules of the game

What you can expect from Yoursite.biz, and what we ask of you.

Article 1 - Definitions

  • Yoursite.biz: the service offered by Medard ApS, located in Skovlunde, Denmark, registered with the Danish Business Authority (Erhvervsstyrelsen).
  • User: any natural or legal person who creates an account and uses Yoursite.biz.
  • Platform: the software, website, and all related services of Yoursite.biz.
  • Workspace: a dedicated environment on the platform linked to one brand identity.
  • AI credits: the unit used within the platform for executing AI actions.
  • Agreement: the agreement between Yoursite.biz and the user, formed by acceptance of these terms and the chosen subscription.

Article 2 - Applicability

These terms of service apply to all offers, services, and agreements of Yoursite.biz. By creating an account or using the platform, the user accepts these terms. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.

Article 3 - Subscriptions and Payment

  • 3.1 Yoursite.biz offers subscriptions on a monthly and yearly basis. Current prices are listed at Yoursite.biz/pricing.
  • 3.2 Payment is made in advance via the available payment methods. Billing occurs automatically at the start of each billing period.
  • 3.3 All prices exclude applicable tax, unless otherwise stated.
  • 3.4 In the event of late payment, Yoursite.biz reserves the right to block access to the platform until payment is made.
  • 3.5 Monthly AI credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not carry over. Purchased top-up credits do not expire.

Article 4 - Cancellation and Termination

  • 4.1 The user may cancel the subscription at any time via the account settings. The service remains available until the end of the current billing period.
  • 4.2 Upon cancellation, the service remains available until the end of the current billing period. No already-paid amounts will be refunded.
  • 4.3 Yoursite.biz may terminate an account for violation of these terms, without refund of paid amounts.

Article 5 - Use of the Platform

  • 5.1 The user is responsible for all activities that take place under their account.
  • 5.2 It is prohibited to use the platform for illegal purposes, spreading misleading information, infringing on intellectual property rights of third parties, or circumventing technical limitations.
  • 5.3 The user must respect the workspace limits of the chosen subscription.
  • 5.4 Yoursite.biz reserves the right to block or remove accounts in case of abuse.

Article 6 - Intellectual Property

  • 6.1 All brand content generated by the user via the platform (logos, text, images) is owned by the user, provided the user has an active paid subscription at the time of creation.
  • 6.2 Yoursite.biz retains the right to use generated content for improving the platform, unless the user objects via privacy@yoursite.biz.
  • 6.3 The software, the platform, and all underlying technology of Yoursite.biz are and remain the property of Medard ApS.
  • 6.4 Users grant Yoursite.biz a non-exclusive right to process brand data they enter for the purpose of delivering the service.

Article 7 - Availability and Maintenance

  • 7.1 Yoursite.biz aims for 99.5% annual availability but does not provide an absolute guarantee.
  • 7.2 Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. Yoursite.biz is not liable for damages resulting from temporary unavailability.
  • 7.3 Yoursite.biz reserves the right to modify, improve, or discontinue the platform or parts thereof, with a minimum notice period of 30 days for structural changes.

Article 8 - Liability

  • 8.1 The liability of Yoursite.biz is limited to the amount the user has paid in the three months preceding the damage.
  • 8.2 Yoursite.biz is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, lost profits, or loss of data.
  • 8.3 The user is solely responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before it is published or used.

Article 9 - Applicable Law and Disputes

This agreement is governed by Danish law. Disputes shall preferably be resolved through mutual consultation. If this is not possible, the competent court in Copenhagen, Denmark shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
