1. Who are we?

2. What data do we collect?

We collect the following personal data when you use Yoursite.biz:

  • Name and email address (upon registration)
  • Billing information such as company name, address, and tax ID
  • Payment data (processed via our payment provider; we do not store card details)
  • Content you create on the platform (brand names, texts, images)
  • Usage data such as login times, AI actions performed, and credit usage
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device information

3. What do we use your data for?

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Providing and improving our service
  • Billing and payment processing
  • Customer service and support
  • Sending transactional emails (invoices, password resets)
  • Newsletter and marketing (only with your consent)
  • Complying with legal obligations

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data based on the performance of the agreement we have with you (your Yoursite.biz subscription), your consent (for marketing and cookies), our legitimate interests (service improvement, fraud prevention), and legal obligations (tax law, retention requirements).

5. How long do we retain your data?

We do not retain your personal data longer than necessary. We retain account data as long as you have an active account, plus 12 months after that. We retain billing data for 7 years in accordance with tax retention requirements. After deletion of your account, all your brand files and content will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

6. Do we share your data?

We never sell your data to third parties. We only share data with:

  • Payment providers (for processing payments)
  • Hosting providers (for data storage, within the EU)
  • AI service providers (for generating brand content)
  • Government agencies (only when legally required)

All our processors are contractually required to protect your data in accordance with GDPR.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Access: you can request which data we hold about you
  • Correction: you can have incorrect data corrected
  • Deletion: you can request deletion of your data
  • Objection: you can object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • Portability: you can request an export of your data

Send your request to privacy@Yoursite.biz. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).

8. Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. All communication is encrypted via HTTPS. Passwords are never stored in readable form.

9. Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you by email. The most current version can always be found on this page.
